How might you start to resolve a current conflict in your life?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for May 18, 2007:
The majority of my conflicts are those I create for myself. It's what is looming around assuming that messes me up. Often times I spend too much time assuming what others are assuming about me. HUH?? My greatest challenge to overcome is not worrying about what others think. A lot of times I create realities that are soooo far from the truth.
The good news is I've already started to resolve this internal conflict. I have made a lot of progress with resolving this assuming thing. It started with the concept that I own my own shit. No matter what -- I own my own thoughts, feelings, and reactions.
The BETTER news is .... lasting and meaningful change starts on the inside and works it way out. So, until I've really "licked this" I will be met with challenges. How else can I get good at something if don't get the opportunity to practice.
Soooo, ummm, what do you think of me NOW?
No.
WAIT!

Thanks lovely one…. I just signed up for your blogs. I missed a good blog of your's yesterday. Lots of good info - especially the Eleanor Roosevelt quote. I'm typing that up and putting it on my fridge.
Sending you a the biggest cyberhug you've had all day.
